Founder and Principal Consultant
Connie Lewin, Founder and CEO, brings more than 15 years of experience in fundraising, program strategy, and partnership development, with a focus on community development, economic mobility, and leadership and capacity building.
Early in her career, Connie was tasked with raising $1 million for a small nonprofit in Rwanda and discovered that the challenge was not only better fundraising. It was also about closing the distance between donors and lived experience. That experience continues to shape her work today, which is rooted in deep listening, clear strategy, and trust-based philanthropy.
She later served as a director at a national community development financial institution, where she secured multi-million-dollar funding to advance racial equity and economic mobility, and as part of the founding leadership team of an innovative public-private partnership nonprofit focused on cross-sector capital and portfolio strategy.
Today, Connie coaches nonprofit leaders to build actionable fundraising strategies for sustainable growth and guides donors and foundations through learning journeys that lead to practical, fundable strategies.
Connie earned a BA in Politics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business. She is a member of Consultants for Good and a founding board member of Youth Vision.
